We intend to translate the corporate strategy of Chemetall Ges.m.b.H. into practice, achieve our objectives, thereby securing the future of the company. This is only possible if our products and our services satisfy the wishes of our customers to the highest degree. The crucial prerequisite for this is quality. Quality not only as a product characteristic but also as portrayal and appearance of the company to the outside. Quality is the central point of our thinking and action. The quality policy is a central part of our corporate policy.
The management of Chemetall Ges.m.b.H. is responsible for implementing the quality policy and obliges all employees to cooperate in pursuing this objective. Annual quality targets are set for the entire organisation of Chemetall Ges.m.b.H. and their fulfilment verified. A continuous quality objective is maintaining an effective quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
