Production

Our products are manufactured with state-of-the-art operating plant which is controlled and continuously monitored by way of process control systems. Of decisive importance for the application of our products are characteristics such as particle shape and particle size distribution. During many years of research and development with our partners, suitable operating plants were projected and optimised for this purpose. With the rising number of different products and growing quality requirements a flexible plant environment for the best possible coverage of our customers' needs was created over the years. The individual process sections of the production plants are continuously monitored by trained staff through tests in the production laboratory. Deviations from the aspired product quality are identified and immediately rectified through readjustment. To protect the environment, latest filtering techniques with monitoring devices are employed. People in the operation are protected through state-of-the-art technical safety installations and  their health monitored through medical examinations. Our certified management system according to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 ensures constant monitoring and improvement of our processes and products.
